Main Activities :

  • Improve the effectiveness of the BRM VCS by providing support to develop its management and staffing capacity
  • Develop support and infrastructure services to help the BRM VCS deliver effective services to BRM communities
  • Develop the potential of Liverpool’s BRM VCS to become more economically self-sustaining
  • Improve cooperation and strengthen relationships within the BRM VCS and improve links with the mainstream voluntary sector, public and private sectors

We deliver funding advice, information, advocacy and practical services to groups; to increase their effectiveness, fundraising capacity, resources, sustainability, and effect change in mainstream services. We provide technical support to enable local groups to take advantage of funding and development opportunities and offer the following services and support:

  • Development of legal structures (Mem & Arts, Constitutions, Trust Deeds, etc.)
  • Feasibility Study and Business Plan development.
  • Fundraising and grant-seeking support.
  • Mentoring Support.
  • Organisational Development and support/advice.
